Fazal is a big dad in AP, on deputation to the world bank. One of Chandrababu Naidus blue eyed boys. Now with the new dispensation and a new CM I dont know his setup. He did his BE(Civil) from Bangalore U, with specialization in Public Health. Also a diploma in French? from Alliance Francaise.

He is presently working as Senior Engineer with the AP Govt. and monitoring on behalf of the World Bank the environmental aspects of major projects in AP. (any one other than Fazal would have made this a cash cow. Chandrababu was shrewd picking probably the only honest man amongst his bureaucrats!)

He is married to Farhana and has a son Zafar and a daughter Ayesha. And now a baby daughter!!
